Personal Information Provided by You: We collect names, phone numbers, emails addresses, job titles, usernames, passwords and other similar information.

In short : Some information – such as your Internet protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our app.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, or navigate the app. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URL’s, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our app and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our app and for our internal and analytics reporting purposes.

Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our app and which we record in log files. Information collected through our app

In short: We collect information regarding your mobile device, push notifications, when you use our app.

Mobile Device Access : We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera, storage and other features. If you wish to change our access or permission, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Push notifications: We may need to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the App. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in the app, or in your device’s settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our app, for troubleshooting and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interest, the fulfilment of our contract with you, compliance with out legal obligations and//or your consent.

We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interest, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is requested or permitted by law such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to/from our app is at your own risk. You should only access the app within a secure environment.

In short: In some regions, such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom (UK), you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information. You may review, change or terminate your account at any time.

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account, you can log into your account settings on the app and update your user account.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, a uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
